The 1Win maximum withdrawal is US$10,000 per request, but only US$450 if you are paid by card. Here are the full limits by method, the four things that change them, what really holds payouts up, and what the Curaçao regulator’s own register showed in September 2026.
What Is the 1win Maximum Withdrawal Limit?
The 1win maximum withdrawal is US$10,000 per request, with a US$10 minimum. That headline figure only applies on the right rail. Card withdrawals are capped between US$30 and US$450, while crypto runs from US$15 up to the full US$10,000. We confirmed those figures against the operator’s published terms in September 2026. For most people, though, the ceiling is not what holds the money up. Verification is.
We have no affiliate arrangement with 1win, and this page carries no sign-up link. What follows is the structure of the limits, then the four things that actually stop withdrawals, then what the Curaçao regulator’s own register says about the company behind the brand as of September 2026.
What Changes Your 1win Withdrawal Limit
US$10,000 is the ceiling, not what you can necessarily take out today. Four things move the number you actually see, and they move it independently of each other.
- Your payment method sets the real cap. Cards top out between US$30 and US$450 per withdrawal, a fraction of the headline, while crypto reaches the full US$10,000.
- Your verification status gates everything. An unverified account is capped far below a verified one, and at some thresholds cannot withdraw at all.
- Your country determines which methods you get. 1win runs different payment stacks in different markets, and a rail available in one is often missing in another.
- Your account currency decides the denomination. 1win lists USD, EUR, INR and BRL among accepted currencies, and a limit set in one does not convert neatly into another.
Set against those, here are the published figures and how far each one can be trusted.
| Figure | Applies to | Evidence |
| US$10,000 maximum per request | Headline ceiling | Confirmed, Sep 2026 |
| US$10 minimum withdrawal | Most methods | Confirmed, Sep 2026 |
| Cards: US$30 to US$450 per withdrawal | Visa, Mastercard | Confirmed, Sep 2026 |
| Crypto: US$15 to US$10,000 | BTC, USDT, ETH | Confirmed, Sep 2026 |
| Over US$50,000 may trigger a daily cap | Terms clause | Unverified |
The gap between the card cap and the crypto cap is the one that matters in practice. A card user meets a ceiling more than twenty times lower than the advertised maximum, and will hit it long before US$10,000 ever becomes relevant. The US$50,000 clause stays marked unverified because we could not locate it in the operator’s published terms.
1win Withdrawal Limits by Payment Method
The method decides more than the ceiling. Your choice also sets how long the money takes once approved, and whether a payout can fail and bounce back into your balance.

| Method | Reported limit range | Reported time | What to expect |
| Visa / Mastercard | US$30 to US$450 | Up to 24 hours, then bank settlement | Lowest ceiling of any method. Card settlement adds business days that the operator does not control. |
| Crypto (BTC, USDT, ETH) | US$15 to US$10,000 | Minutes to 24 hours | Highest ceiling and fastest rail. Network fees apply and are not set by the casino. |
| E-wallets | Not consistently published | 1 to 3 hours | Availability varies sharply by country. |
| Bank transfer | Not consistently published | Up to 5 business days | Usually the route for large payouts that exceed card limits. |
The limit ranges above are confirmed. The processing times are not: they are the operator’s own estimates rather than payouts anyone has timed, so read them as the intended schedule rather than a measured result.
One structural point holds regardless of the numbers: most operators require you to withdraw to the method you deposited with. If you funded the account by card, the card ceiling is probably your ceiling, whatever the global maximum says.
1win Withdrawal Limits in USD, CAD and EUR
The US$10,000 ceiling is set in US dollars, so the currency your account is denominated in decides what it means for you.
1win lists USD, EUR, INR and BRL among accepted currencies, with “and more” appended. Canadian dollars are not named. Holding an account in a currency your bank does not use costs you conversion on the deposit and again on the withdrawal, and the cap you are working to becomes a converted figure that moves with the exchange rate.
For a US or European reader holding USD or EUR, the ceiling applies close to as written. A Canadian reader should expect an account in another currency and budget for the spread on both legs. On cards, none of this matters much, because the US$450 ceiling binds long before the headline does.
Is 1win Available in the US, Canada and Europe?
1win geolocates every visitor. When we loaded the site on 11 September 2026, the page’s own bootstrap data reported our request as coming from Canada, Quebec, and returned a regional access policy named “open”. So a request geolocating to Canada was not blocked on that date.
That is a narrow observation, and we are stating it narrowly. The reading does not establish that 1win is available across Canada, in the United States, or anywhere in Europe. The policy is evidently applied per region and may return something different for a different location. Check from where you actually are.
What is not narrow is the licensing position. 1win holds a Curaçao business-to-consumer licence, and a Curaçao licence does not authorise service in the United States, where online casino gaming is licensed state by state; nor in Ontario, where operators must be registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and hold an agreement with iGaming Ontario; nor in the licensed European markets, which each require a national licence. We checked the Curaçao register directly, which is covered below. We have not searched the AGCO, the UK Gambling Commission or any EU national register, and you should check your own before assuming anything.
The consequence for this page’s subject is simple. If you are in a market where 1win is not licensed and a withdrawal is refused, no regulator where you live has jurisdiction to order it paid.
What Actually Stops a 1win Maximum Withdrawal
In the complaint record, the maximum limit is rarely the problem.
An unverified account is the most common. An active bonus with unmet wagering requirements is the second, because most operators block withdrawals outright while a bonus is live. Then comes a mismatch between the account name and the payment instrument, which is an anti-money-laundering control rather than an inconvenience, and it is absolute. Then a payment method that is unavailable in your region. Then an amount below the method’s minimum. And finally, operator discretion on unusually large wins.

Verification Is the Real Limit
1win requires identity verification before a first withdrawal, and again for large amounts. Verification normally means a government photo ID and often a proof of address.
The documented pattern in complaints is not that verification is required, which is standard and lawful. It is that documents are requested repeatedly after a player believes verification is complete, with the withdrawal held throughout. Several published complaints describe exactly that loop.
There is one thing within your control here, and it is worth more than knowing any cap. Complete verification on the day you register, while you have no money waiting. Verification at signup is a form filled in at leisure. Verification after a withdrawal request is the same form filled in while your balance sits frozen, and that is the moment when a delay turns into a dispute.
Why Large Wins Are Treated Differently
Third-party sources report a clause allowing 1win to impose a daily cap on winnings above roughly US$50,000. We could not verify that clause, but the mechanism it describes is ordinary across the industry and worth understanding whether or not this operator uses it.
A large win is usually paid in instalments rather than in one transfer. A US$100,000 balance against a US$10,000 per-request ceiling is ten separate withdrawals, each one potentially re-triggering review. A cap you can reach with a single bet can take weeks or months to clear, and every instalment is a fresh opportunity for a hold. That gap between a headline ceiling and the pace of actual payment is where most large-win disputes live.
What the Complaint Record Shows
Read at the level of pattern rather than anecdote, three shapes recur. Withdrawals delayed or cancelled pending verification. Repeat document requests after the player believed identity checks were finished. And long holds, with published cases describing waits of over a month and, in one instance, close to four months.
What that does and does not establish matters. None of it establishes that 1win refuses to pay, and we are not saying so. Complaint databases collect unhappy outcomes by design; they carry no denominator, and a large operator will accumulate complaints in proportion to its size. What they do establish is where the friction sits: at verification, not at the withdrawal ceiling. If you are researching the maximum limit because your money has not arrived, the limit is probably not your issue.
Is 1win Licensed? What the Curaçao Register Says
This one is checkable against a primary source.
1win’s licence is widely reported as Curaçao 8048/JAZ2018-040. The number is a sub-licence issued under master licence 8048/JAZ, held by Antillephone N.V. The system behind it no longer exists. The National Ordinance on Games of Chance took effect on 24 December 2024, abolishing the master and sub-licence structure, and licensing now runs directly through the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
We downloaded the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s Online Gaming License Registry, last updated 10 September 2026, and searched all 627 entries across its 28 pages. The string 8048 does not appear anywhere in it. 1Win N.V. does, as entry 365.
| Licence number | OGL/2024/587/0621 |
| Licensee | 1Win N.V. |
| Company type | B2C |
| Company registration number | 147039 |
| Issued | 6 September 2025 |
| Expires | 6 March 2026 |
| Status | Assessment in progress |
So the licence is real, and the company is in the official register. Two details in that row deserve attention. The expiry date passed six months before we looked. And the status column still reads “Assessment in progress” as at 10 September 2026.
Context: This should not be read as worse than it is. The status is not unusual: 283 of the 627 entries carry it, which reflects a regulator working through a large transitional caseload rather than a finding against any single operator. The register separately marks 59 entries as expired, 49 as revoked, and 1Win N.V. is marked as neither. Licences granted recently carry newer reference numbers, a future expiry and a blank status, which is what a settled current licence looks like. We also searched the Authority’s Enforcement Register, last updated 10 July 2026, and 1Win N.V. does not appear on it.
The Authority attaches its own caveat to these documents, stating that the overviews “do not guarantee the current validity of the licenses” and that no rights can be derived from them.
What the Licence Check Establishes
- 1Win N.V. appears in the Curaçao regulator’s own register under licence OGL/2024/587/0621.
- The licence was issued on 6 September 2025 with a stated expiry of 6 March 2026.
- As at 10 September 2026, its status reads “Assessment in progress”, six months past that expiry.
- It is not marked expired or revoked, and it does not appear in the Enforcement Register.
- The widely quoted 8048/JAZ number appears nowhere in the current register.
- We are not asserting the licence is invalid. We are reporting what the register showed on the day we read it.
Where 1win Is Blocked or Under Investigation
Relevant here because enforcement affects whether a market stays reachable and whether a balance stays accessible.
In Kazakhstan, the Agency for Financial Monitoring has been investigating a group accused of running an online gambling platform under the 1win name. The site was blocked. In August 2024, four suspects were placed on an international wanted list, and reporting through February 2026 described asset seizures including three vehicles and bank funds of roughly 151 million tenge, US$14,600 and EUR 44,400, with more than 420 million tenge confiscated in total. The accusations extend beyond illegal gambling to violence and unlawful deprivation of liberty. This has been reported by several outlets independently, including SBC Eurasia, EADaily and Tribuna.
In Russia, the service has been reported as a blocked unlicensed bookmaker operating through mirror domains. In Ukraine, it has been reported as operating without a licence. Both of those rest on a single outlet each, RBC and Antikor respectively, so treat them as reported rather than established.
None of this is a finding about whether your withdrawal will be paid. Read it as context on an operator whose availability in several markets has been settled by enforcement action rather than by choice.
The 2024 Data Breach
In November 2024, 1win suffered a data breach that exposed 96.2 million accounts. The exposed data included email addresses, IP addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, country, names and SHA-256 password hashes. Troy Hunt ingested a sanitised copy into Have I Been Pwned on 3 February 2025 and notified the affected addresses.

The practical consequence for anyone with a 1win account is immediate and has nothing to do with withdrawal limits. If you reused that password anywhere, change it everywhere. Assume your email address and phone number are in circulation, and treat any message offering to release a stuck balance, expedite a withdrawal or recover funds for a fee as a phishing attempt, because that data set makes exactly that approach easy to target.
How to Withdraw from 1win Without Hitting a Limit
Most of what determines whether this goes smoothly is decided before you ever request a payout.
Verify your identity on the day you register, not when you want the money. Use the same method to withdraw that you used to deposit, and make sure the name on it matches the account exactly. Clear or cancel any active bonus before requesting a withdrawal, and check the wagering terms first, because cancelling a bonus can forfeit winnings derived from it.
Read the limit in your own cashier rather than on any page describing it, including this one. If your balance exceeds the per-request ceiling, plan for instalments rather than treating the first payout as a test of good faith. Keep the transaction ID for every request, because it is the first thing support will ask for and the only thing that makes a complaint traceable later. And take a screenshot of the cashier screen showing the stated limits on the day you withdraw, since terms change without notice.
Responsible Gambling and Getting Help
If you are reading this because money you needed is sitting in a gambling account, that is worth pausing on, separately from whether the withdrawal clears.
Free, confidential help exists in every market this page is written for. In the United States, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is at 1-800-522-4700, available 24 hours a day. In Canada, provincial helplines operate free of charge, and ConnexOntario serves Ontario on 1-866-531-2600. Across Europe, national services including GamCare in the United Kingdom on 0808 8020 133 offer counselling and self-exclusion support.
Worth knowing given the subject of this page: national self-exclusion schemes cover operators licensed in that country, so they do not reach an offshore site. Free blocking software such as BetBlocker works at device level and does. Our responsible gambling guide sets out the full picture.
Verdict: Should You Expect to Be Paid?
We cannot answer that from testing. Nobody here has deposited at 1win, requested a withdrawal or timed one, so this page publishes no score and no payout figure of our own, and it never will unless that changes.
What the evidence supports is narrower and still useful. Withdrawal limits vary by payment method, with several methods listed at up to US$10,000 per request, while card withdrawals are commonly capped at US$450. The cap is rarely what stops a payout anyway. Verification is. The company behind the brand is in the Curaçao register with a licence whose stated expiry passed in March 2026 and whose assessment is still shown as in progress. It has been the subject of a criminal investigation and a block in Kazakhstan, and it leaked 96 million user records in 2024.
None of that is a prediction about your particular withdrawal. The list is what a reasonable person would want before putting money somewhere. If you are in the United States, Canada or Europe, add one more item to it: no regulator where you live can compel this operator to pay you.
1win Withdrawal FAQs
What is the maximum withdrawal from 1win?
US$10,000 per request, confirmed against the operator’s published terms in September 2026. That ceiling only applies to the right rail: card withdrawals are capped between US$30 and US$450, while crypto reaches the full US$10,000. Your verification status and country also affect which methods and limits are available to you.
What is the minimum withdrawal on 1win?
US$10 for most methods, rising to US$15 on crypto and US$30 on cards. If your balance sits below the minimum for your chosen method, the request will be rejected rather than held, which is a common and easily missed reason for a failed withdrawal.
How long does a 1win withdrawal take?
Reported times are minutes to 24 hours for crypto, one to three hours for e-wallets, up to 24 hours plus bank settlement for cards, and up to five business days for bank transfer. All of those are processing estimates rather than measured results. Add verification time if your account is not already verified, which is where most delays actually occur.
Why is my 1win withdrawal pending?
The most common reasons are an unverified account, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, a payment instrument whose name does not match the account, a method unavailable in your region, or an amount below the method minimum. Contact support with your transaction ID rather than submitting a second request.
Why was my 1win withdrawal cancelled?
A cancelled request usually means it failed a check rather than that it was refused outright, and the funds normally return to your balance. Typical triggers are a name mismatch on the payment method, an amount outside the method’s limits, incomplete verification, or a bonus still active on the account. Fix the underlying cause before requesting again.
Does 1win charge a withdrawal fee?
Third-party sources report no operator commission on most payout methods. Operator commission is not the whole cost, though. Your bank, e-wallet or crypto network can apply its own fee, and crypto network fees in particular are set by the network rather than by the casino. If your account currency differs from your bank’s, conversion will cost you on top.
Do I have to verify my account before withdrawing from 1win?
Yes. 1win requires identity verification before a first withdrawal and again for large amounts, typically a government photo ID and often proof of address. Complete it on the day you register rather than when you request a payout. Published complaints describe repeated document requests after players believed verification was finished, with the withdrawal held throughout.
Is 1win licensed and safe to use?
1Win N.V. appears in the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register under licence OGL/2024/587/0621, issued 6 September 2025 with a stated expiry of 6 March 2026. As at 10 September 2026, its status reads “Assessment in progress”. The entry is not marked expired or revoked and does not appear in the Enforcement Register. Separately, the operator was the subject of a criminal investigation and a block in Kazakhstan, and a November 2024 breach exposed more than 96 million user records. A Curaçao licence does not authorise service in the US, Ontario or licensed European markets.
